WEIGHT LIFTING GYM

Our Weight lifting area features 2 floors of machines for any exercise level! On the bottom floor you will find our extensive amount of free weights and plate loaded machines, as well as cardio machines both on the first and second floors. Come to catch a workout between classes, or even improve your Olympic lifts in one of our classes!

Our indoor pool features 16 lanes for lap swimming! Here at the pool you can swim to exercise, join the swim team, or even come take a dip with your friends and go off the diving boards! There is always lifeguards on duty. Come visit our indoor pool anytime the Leach is open!(Closes for lightning)

Next to the pool is 2 steam rooms, a dry sauna, and 2 Jacuzzi's. Come hop in one of the whirlpools or try one of our saunas! You could even visit the Leach just to relax in the Spa!

The Leach offers classes for everyone! come to one of our fitness classes inluding: Yoga, Boxing, Spinning, Olympic lifting, HIIT, and more! Our classes are always free and can be be found under "Book classes".  Bring a friend and come enjoy one of our group classes led by a trained instructor!

Here at the Leach we have a 1/10 mile indoor track for cardio! You can run even in the rain here around our oval track that overlooks the pool and atrium area. There's plenty of room for runners or walkers of every level to get some cardio anytime the Leach is open!

On the third floor we have 3 basketball courts, 2 of which stay basketball and the third can be used for other sports like volleyball or table tennis. Anytime the Leach is open you can come up here to shoot some hoops with your friends or start a pick-up game!

Our atrium area and skylights provide a great place for relaxing before or after a workout. Right inside the Leach centers's doors lies a 3 story atrium decked out with couches, chairs, tables, and a smoothie bar. The atrium makes a great atmosphere to get some work done, or catch up with a friend and get a smoothie!

We have 5 racquetball and squash courts which can be reserved online. If you have never played either before here is your chance! Grab a few friends and come test your reflexes in this fun activity anytime the leach is open!
